Certificate preview and overlays
Edit the certificate background, signature, date text, preview text and download a PDF preview.
Background & overlay assets
Upload files to the VPS and tune signature/stamp placement. The same stamp asset is used on Page 1 and Page 2.
PDF certificates now contain 2 pages. The first page uses the updated Kazakh certificate layout. The second page now follows the same structure as the Hand Certificate and fills the completion column automatically.
Preview content
These values are used only for the downloadable preview.
This date is printed on the certificate. Leave empty to use the actual issue date.
Access control: students cannot issue or download the certificate before this date. Access opens at 00:00 Kazakhstan time (UTC+5). Leave empty for immediate access after course completion.
Certificate access by course
Exact date + timeSelect a course and define the exact Kazakhstan date/time after which students of that course can issue and download their certificate. This course-specific time overrides the default access date above.
Choose a course, then set the exact date and time when its certificate becomes downloadable.
Demo mode uses the saved preview course title and sample modules.
Editable module names — Regular Certificate
Select a course. Module names are filled automatically, then can be edited without changing the course itself. Saved names are used on Page 2 for every issued certificate from that course.
Visual layout editor
Use the popup designer for a structured Canva/Figma-style workspace with layers, zoom, grid, snap, proportional scaling and advanced element properties. Reset rebuilds the official style. Every layer also has Show/Hide controls, and all elements are visible by default.
Preview uses current form values. Final PDF/SVG uses the saved 2000×1414 coordinate layout.
Second-page layout editor
Edit the certificate supplement separately from page 1. Summary box and Certificate info are visible by default in downloaded certificates. Drag/resize them or hide them with the saveable Page 2 Show/Hide controls.
The second page matches the Hand Certificate structure: №, module name, hours, and completion. Signature, stamp, QR, registration number, and issue date are editable and each layer can be hidden/unhidden.
Hand Certificate — manual fill
Completely separate from issued certificates. The selected course and modules are filled automatically. Learner name, issue date, certificate number, and every Mark / Баға cell stay blank for handwriting. Course duration is 80 сағат.
Printed as 80 сағат by default.

Module names are autofilled from the selected course. Edit any row here without changing the course itself. These names are used in the Page 2 preview and downloaded PDF.

Drag and resize elements directly on the certificate, Canva/Figma-style. Use the eye button beside each element to hide/unhide it; visibility is saved. Use the controls for exact X/Y, width, height, fonts, signature, QR, and печать.
Blank handwriting fields are shown as guide lines in the editor only. The downloaded PDF leaves them empty.

Edit the supplement independently. Drag and resize elements directly on the canvas, Canva/Figma-style. Use the eye button beside each element to hide/unhide it; visibility is saved. The last column is Mark / Баға and its cells stay empty for handwriting.
Course title, module names, and topic counts come from the selected course automatically.
Hand-fill fields: learner name / surname, issued date, certificate number, and every Mark / Баға cell. QR points only to https://www.tauacademy.kz/. This action does not issue a certificate and does not create a certificate database record.

Users request reset from Login page. Approve or deny. Approved users get default password: tauacademy1234
